We are not the water…

We are not water, yet we have water inside us, it is the same with the source. We are not the source, yet we contain it.. we are nought but containers – cups holding water one may say.

Free will begins with the understanding that we are not the source and that we are separate from it, yet we do contain it. We may consume more of it, and it is also a natural part of our constitution, it is our animator and without it we will die.

Further more if our bodies are punctured and forced to leak the water we will die, as occurs to the source within us if it’s container is not maintained. It should be solid – it’s container is the will.

There are many psychological techniques being used to replace the source, and they work very well – they inhabit the space that the source resides in, like if you add alcohol to the space that water takes in the body, and like alcohol, they will cause you to act differently than you would naturally act when under their influence. Whilst under the influence you are the most likely to break the glass or the container.

We understand that alcohol and its influence can be very satisfying, that if used responsibly that it is ok to top up our water with it on occasion, yet it is addictive and many people find themselves in its grip if they consume it too much. It is certainly a bad idea to consume it daily. Your water needs to be pure or it itself begins to rot the container from the inside out.

We are not the source, we are the holders of the source, and what you think of as you is the container. Your will holds all the power from the source within it, it holds your water.

Allowing an external posion to consistently pollute the contents of your container runs the risk of a spiritual death whilst in a living body – look around you at the walking dead for there are many who have consumed too much, they are addicted to that which is pored out for them daily. They have no source and almost nothing left to hold it in. All that they are is put there from an invader of their will, and they become a walking container of it.

We are not the source, and we are not the water – we are the container, be wary of that which fills your cup daily.

“You say ‘I’ and are proud of this word. But greater than this—and which you do not want to believe in—is your body and its great intelligence: this does not say ‘I’ but performs ‘I’.”— Friedrich Nietzsche
